In my tenure in SAA, I have managed a public housing BTO (Build to Order). Eastlink @ Canberra one is a more esthetically challenging but still affordable project
 

• SB N1C12 has 6 resi blocks consisting of 11 and 12 storeys high); Integrated MSCP with basement carpark, Canberra Plaza & Community plaza.

• Made up of 2, 3 and 4room unit types(w and w/o balcony). We have balcony units at some of the 4 rooms units fare facing Sungei Simpang Kiri.

• Total 600 DUs for C12.

• Close to 100 retail and restaurants in a mall.
