3 phased airport development in Hanthawaddy, Myanmar. The proposed passenger terminal building will be built over the site of the existing domestic passenger terminal building.

The central portion will be a prominent feature of the passenger terminal building that rise above the adjacent sections of the building.  The Central Mall shall contain the commercial facilities of both the departure lounge on the first floor, and the public areas on the ground floor.  The design will focus on creating a focal point of interest and orientation for users, with Y-shaped columns on the façade, and a raised latticed ceiling with diamond-shaped skylights internally, as prominent features of this zone.
